Digital Delivery Only

Lectrum sells exclusively order-made digital products and software services. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, no delivery times related to physical logistics, and no shipping carriers involved in any of our transactions.

How You Receive Your Purchase

After a successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product in one or more of the following ways:

  • A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Access credentials or a license key sent to your email.
  • Direct access granted through your Lectrum account if applicable.

Delivery Timeframe

Digital products are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes of a confirmed payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment processing or system delays.

If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues receiving your digital product — including missing emails, broken links, or invalid license keys — contact us at info@lectrum.us and include:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number or transaction ID.
  • A description of the issue you encountered.

We will investigate and resolve delivery issues within 1–2 business days.

Wrong Email Address

Please double-check your email address at checkout. If you provided an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible at info@lectrum.us and we will re-send your product to the correct address.

No Physical Shipping

As a software and IT services company, Lectrum does not operate any physical warehouse, fulfillment center, or shipping operation. All products are delivered electronically. If you are looking for a physical product, please be aware that we do not offer one.
