Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Because Lectrum sells digital software products and services, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we are committed to fairness and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The product you purchased does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to the product within the agreed estimated delivery window and our team cannot resolve the delivery issue.
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not received, accessed, downloaded, or used the product. (This applies only if the delivery window is greater than at least 14 days from the date of purchase/agreement.)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have already accessed, downloaded, or activated the digital product.
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date.
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You purchased the wrong product — please contact us before completing your purchase if you are unsure.
- Issues caused by your own hardware, software, or system incompatibility that were disclosed in the product description.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@lectrum.us within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase.
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We take chargeback fraud seriously and reserve the right to suspend or permanently refuse service to the person (on name) associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
